Career History:
Rosemaree has 30 years experience in Human Resources in the tertiary sector and public service. Her extensive background in HR management has been at a senior level, including strategic HR, implementing and initiating change management processes and relationship management. Rosemaree has experience in coaching at all levels including work and career coaching.

- Rosemaree has extensive Generalist Human Resources experience including developing, enhancing and implementing policies, processes and systems.

- Maintaining a consultative service for staff to meet the demands of changing working environments, including the provision of coaching.
- Negotiating and implementing Industrial Instruments as part of Management’s Team since the early ‘90s.
- Setting up the staff at the Alice Springs Hotel-Casino for its opening in 1981.
